Vlado Bosanac

Founder, Head of Strategy

Vlado has spent over 30 years in several executive-level strategical roles as a founder, investor, entrepreneur, philanthropist, technologist, advisor, and business consultant and founded Advanced Health Intelligence (formerly MyFiziq) in 2014.

Simon Durack

Chief Financial Officer

Simon brings over 30 years of experience as an accredited CPA and over 20 years of board experience.

Terence Stupple

Chief Technology Officer

Terence has over 20 years of IT leadership, working as an influential decision maker at the Department of Mines and Petroleum, Department of State Development WA Govt. and Microsoft (UK).

Kevin Baum

Chief Product Officer

Kevin brings over 35 years of experience in building technology companies and projects, assisting start-ups from early stage to growth and listings.

Dylan has over 15 years of executive experience in leading both financial services and healthcare organizations. He has founded multiple biotech ventures and serves as a director on a number of boards.

Nick holds 15+ years of experience in the ICT industry. He is a Director of a number of private companies in Australia and Asia, and former founder of Canberra Data Centres which were acquired by Infratil and Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation for an enterprise value of $1.16 billion in 2016.‍

Dr Katherine Iscoe

Co-Founder / Executive Director
Dr Katherine is the co-founder of previously known Advanced Human Imaging and has a Ph.D. in medical technology with multiple academic publications. She has extensive background in evidence-based health solutions, 5+ years media experience and 10+ years keynote speaker experience‍.

Mike Melby

Independent Director
Mike is a fitness industry executive and tech company founder (PayDivvy - acquired by Higher One, TapIt – acquired by VC-backed Phunware). He is also an Investment banker and private equity investor. Mike holds an MBA, Entrp. Man and BA, Political Economy.

Jacqueline Yee

Independent Director
Ms Yee has spent over 30 years as an institutional finance professional out of New York, London, Amsterdam, Australia and currently resides in Singapore. To date, Ms Yee has been involved in over $25 billion in transaction value with a notable volume of work in the healthcare sector, including restructuring of 27 national hospitals and the drafting of Healthcare Investment Valuation Policy in New Zealand.

Peter Goldstein

Independent Director
Peter has over 30 years of diverse and global entrepreneurial, client advisory and capital market experience, and is experienced in M&A, strategic planning and transaction structuring. He steered and completed initial public offerings (IPO), up-listing and reverse merger transactions, and secured private placements. He is also the founder of Exchange Listing, LLC. and CEO of Grandview Capital Partners, Inc. Peter holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami.‍

Dato Low Koon Poh

Independent Director
Dato Low Koon Poh is the Shareholder and Executive Director of a Singapore Exchange listed company. He has over 20 years experience in accounting and corporate finance. Dato Low is an entrepreneur, advisor and investor and fellow of ACCA (UK) and MIA (Malaysia).‍
